​We received a report of Catalytic Converter theft on a 4 Runner last night at 3:06 AM at 3200 Block of Malcolm.
Security camera detected the suspect car, a 4 Runner, pulled up next to the resident car, with the blinkers on, while the second suspect slipped underneath the car and cut the converter in less than few minutes.
